I loved this card so much I made another version with the superhero saying "Happy Birthday" for my son to take to his friend's birthday party a little while ago. On the inside I wrote "Hope your birthday is as super as YOU are!"
I used our watercolor pencils to color my superhero in and then went over the pencil with our markers. It gives a nice rich smooth look to the coloring. For the face I used a Copic flesh tone marker that I bought specifically for images with faces.

Your cards are all so wonderful Paige! I'm going to be doing a "masculine" workshop this month and have been looking for examples of Superhero cards with this stamp set. You may see a very similar card from me soon. ;)
