A Happy Hello with the February Stamp of the Month

This card design is based on one from the February SOTM blog hop.  What a great way to use up some scraps of paper!  I started by laying down where I wanted the top strip and then lightly drew a pencil line to show me where to stamp.  After stamping up the design I simply laid down a sequence of 6x.5" strips of paper and trimmed away the excess.  A few lines of faux stitching with one of my favorite stamps and you have a quick and easy scrap eating card!
