For my Friend Card with CTMH Stella

Part of the excitement of a new Idea Book is all the new toys (Artiste, how I love thee) and new product that I get to play with - the other part is seeing all the fabulous artwork that CTMH corporate puts into the new book!  I love to lift a few designs using different papers and accessories to get myself started with creating.  This card is a lift from the new Idea Book but here I used some Stella paper.  Stella, along with Victory, Pemberly and Florentine will still be available in the next Idea Book.

If you'd like to make this project, click on the links below to purchase these supplies:
Black Marker (all dye markers are retiring on July 31 to make way for Alcohol markers)
Buttons (these are retired so I'm linking to the new Basic Buttons assortment)

Thanks for stopping by!

I loved when you did this with the last book. Very nice. Lots of inspiration to be had!

Love your card Paige. What cut is that shape if may ask? Or did you hand cut? It is fun to see your version done with Stella.

Hi Kathleen -

I cut 1" squares and then used a corner rounder to lop off two of the corners. So simple but it creates a fun shape. There is a shape like this on the AP cartridge but I was doing this so quickly it was faster to just use a corner rounder for one card. Thanks for stopping by and commenting!
