February SOTM Blog Hop - A Happy Hello

Welcome to our February SOTM blog hop!  This month almost 70 CTMH Consultants are featuring the build-a-flower themed February SOTM "A Happy Hello".  If you've come from Lauren's Blog you are on the right track. This bright fun card is a single layer of stamped White Daisy Cardstock perfect for popping in the mail.  After stamping the half circle in layers of color, I filled in the centers using two 3" circles as a mask.  It actually stamped up quickly even though it looks like a complicated design.  

I used our Silver Sequin Assortment to create an ombre effect - the lightest silver sequins are on the top row and the darkest are on the bottom row.

I love the sentiment in this set - perfect for a thinking of you type of card.  This one is going in the mail to my daughter who loves bright bold colors and funky patterns.

Look how many ink colors I used for stamping!  Canary, Sorbet, Pear, Gypsy, Thistle, Crystal Blue and Cotton Candy .  It's a riot of color!

Masculine Birthday Cake Card

Shaped Birthday Cake Card - #7 January Card Buffet

January Card Buffet - 22 and 23 Jan - Cards #4, 5 and 6!

This sweet trio of cards is from our new Heartstrings Card WOTG - available through March 31 in the Seasonal Expression Idea Book.  This fun WOTG comes with all you need to create 15 cards (you'll have extra embellishments leftover and a stamp set that is worth $17.95!).  I thought it would be fun to include these in this month's Card Buffet as three of the options to choose.  I absolutely love the stamp set that comes with this workshop!

January Card Buffet - Card #2

January Card Buffet (includes Valentines!) - Thursday 22 at 12PM and Friday 23 at 7PM

Who:  Anyone 12 and up!  All pieces are pre-cut and ready to stamp/assemble so new to advanced crafters are welcome!

What:  Card Buffet - all you can make in 2 hours

Cost:  $15 Flat fee for a fun and productive girl's night out!

When:

Option 1:  Thursday, 22nd January from 12PM-2PM 

Option 2: Friday, 23rd January from 7-9PM  at my home in Snoqualmie (arrive 15 minutes before the start time to view and be ready to go!)

What to bring:  Adhesives like a glue pen, tape runner and pop dots.  Basic tools like bone folder, scissors (shared tools will be available).

What is it:  I have large selection of cards in a variety of styles and sentiments with everything cut and ready for stamping and assembly.  You choose the box that contains the card you want to make and then take the box to your seat and put together as many of those cards as you'd like.  When you are done, return that box to the table and pick your next project.  You work at your own pace on whatever projects you choose within the 2 hour time limit. The only rule is that you have to finish each project before you move to the next one.
