12 Days of Christmas Cards - Day #12

I've been waiting to share this little beauty!  This one was lifted from a post I saw on The Shabby Tea Room by Audrey Petit - here is her original on her blog.  I loved everything about it so much I just made it over using CTMH products!  The tiny jingle bells came from a kit at Michaels.
