Aren't these just super cute? I've seen altered clothespins like this floating around lately and wanted to make a version of it for my April Stamp Camp. I used Juniper re-inker and mixed it with our Ceramacoat White Paint. I painted 18 of theses, cut tiny strips of paper from our Perfect Day kit and stamped a butterfly and a tag out in Creme Brulee ink. Voila! One adorable item to add to the top of a bag of goodies, place on the front of a card or attach to the front of a gift. I'm looking forward to making more of these in different themes - very easy, fun and customizable!
Tomorrow I'm off to the orthopedic surgeons with my middle child for a knee injury. He fell on the cement floors at school today and badly injured his knee. The kid did it at the beginning of the day, went to the office for ice, went back to class and stayed for the rest of the day. I couldn't believe it when he limped through the door that he didn't just call us to come get him. Ugh - sometimes my kids take school TOO seriously! I've always lived by the credo that God only gives us as much as we can handle but goodness, I think I'm maxed out for a while! This girl is ready for some GOOD things to come her way!
