Boo! Halloween Card with CTMH Mischief, Captured Moments

This card was inspired by one in the new Idea Book.  I used our AP cartridge to cut the card base and letters out (so easy!) and then a bit of Silver Glitz gel on the letters for a bit of sparkle.
